Most West Palm Beach businesses have already been quoted for this migration. The question is whether anyone mapped your environment or just counted your mailboxes.
If the quote arrived without a dependency review, or your last migration finished and left half your team still emailing attachments, that is not a Microsoft problem. That is a provider problem.
We hold Microsoft Solutions Partner status with Gold competencies across Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity, and Enterprise Mobility Management, and we have completed more than 500 migrations. Tenant-to-tenant consolidations after an acquisition, hybrid Exchange environments that need to stay hybrid, and Google Workspace moves are all work we have done repeatedly rather than work we would be figuring out on your project.
The engineers doing the assessment are based in South Florida, and they are the same people who support the environment afterward. If you have internal IT, they keep ownership and we handle the execution load around them. If you do not, we run it end to end and document what we built.
Scope gets fixed in writing before anything starts, because migrations do not usually fail on the mailbox move. They fail on the thing nobody mapped: the line-of-business application authenticating against your old directory, the scanner that emails PDFs through an on-premises relay, the shared calendar three departments depend on.

Almost every client who brought us in after a bad experience described one of the six situations below. In most cases the previous provider was competent at the part they scoped. The damage came from everything adjacent to it that never made the plan.
Mailbox count is the easiest number to price and the least useful one to plan against. What determines the work is what authenticates against your current directory, what relays mail through your server, and which applications have licensing bound to the environment you are leaving. That inventory should exist before a price does.
Every long-running environment accumulates archives on local drives, shared mailboxes that became de facto filing systems, and public folders holding something a department still needs. Deciding what migrates, what archives, and what gets retired is a business conversation, not a technical one, and it has to happen before cutover rather than during it.
Cutover is where the risk concentrates, and weekend go-lives fail because nobody is staffed for the recovery. Phased cutover, a tested rollback path, and coverage during the window are what turn a migration into a non-event for your users.
Recreating access manually is how a migration quietly becomes an audit finding. Group structures, shared mailbox delegation, folder permissions, and conditional access policy all need to carry over deliberately, with MFA enforced at go-live rather than added as a follow-up project that never gets scheduled.
Frontline staff, knowledge workers, and executives rarely need identical licenses, and the difference compounds every month for years. Right-sizing at migration is the cheapest time to do it. Doing it afterward means a renegotiation nobody schedules.
A tenant that nobody uses properly is a licensing expense, not a productivity gain. If Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive were provisioned but never structured or explained, people default to what they know. Governance and training are what separate a completed migration from a successful one.
Not all providers are built the same, and migration work attracts firms that price the easy part. Here is how our approach addresses what usually goes wrong.
Gold competencies across Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity, Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise Mobility Management, plus Microsoft Southeast Partner of the Year. On escalations that need Microsoft directly, partner status is what determines how quickly you get a real engineer.
We assess what connects to your current environment before committing to dates. You get the inventory, the risks, and the decisions you need to make, and only then a schedule. A timeline produced before that assessment is a guess with a date on it.
Your pod includes the technicians and account manager who ran the migration. Nobody hands you to a support queue that has never seen your tenant, which is where most migration relationships end and most post-migration problems begin.
Ongoing management is month-to-month for qualified new clients. If you want the migration only, that is a defined project with a defined end. You are not signing a multi-year agreement to get a competent cutover.
Assessment. We inventory mailboxes, archives, public folders, shared resources, distribution groups, mail-enabled applications, relay dependencies, and current licensing. You get a written findings document with the decisions that need making and what each one costs.
Design and scope. Tenant architecture, identity model, licensing plan, retention and compliance policy, and the SharePoint and Teams structure your teams will actually work in. Scope is fixed here, in writing.
Pilot. A representative group migrates first, including at least one power user and one person with a complicated setup. Problems surface on ten people rather than two hundred.
Phased cutover. Users move in waves with rollback planned in advance and coverage staffed during each window. Your team is told what changes, when, and what to do if something looks wrong.
Deployment and training. Conditional access and MFA enforced, Teams and SharePoint structured and governed, devices enrolled, and hands-on training so adoption starts at go-live rather than six months later.
Post-migration review. Thirty days out we review ticket patterns, licensing utilization, and adoption, and adjust. Most migration providers are gone by this point.
Stay compliant with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR, and more with our specialized compliance solutions.
Use AI-driven analytics from our dashboard platform to optimize IT resources, predict downtime, and enhance learning experiences. Automated insights help educators focus on students, not servers.
Support for industry-specific applications and integration with specialized software platforms your business relies on.
A new tenant is at its most exposed the week it goes live, when permissions are fresh, policy is incomplete, and users are being asked to authenticate in unfamiliar ways. MFA enforcement, conditional access policy, external sharing controls, and email authentication go in at cutover rather than afterward. For clients who stay on managed service, that extends to CrowdStrike EDR, Huntress managed detection and response, and 24/7 SOC coverage, with penetration testing annually and continuous vulnerability scanning between assessments.
Most companies don’t call us because a migration failed outright. They call because the last one technically finished and still left the team working around it. We’ve picked up plenty of half-finished tenants, and the handoff is ours to run, not yours.
Fixed in writing after the assessment, not estimated from a mailbox count. Change orders happen when you change your mind, not when we find something we should have found in week one.
Phased waves, rollback planned in advance, and staffed coverage during each window.
Right-tiered at migration, which is the only time it costs nothing to get right.
If you stay on managed service, your pod picks up in about 52 seconds and resolves most tickets in 29.6 minutes, because they built the environment they are supporting.
