1. Eligibility: The $500 donation to the charity of your choice is applicable only to businesses or organizations that schedule and complete a qualified appointment with WheelHouse IT. To qualify, the business or organization must have a demonstrable need for managed IT services.

2. Appointment Qualification: An appointment is considered qualified if:

   • The business or organization completes a meeting with a representative from WheelHouse IT.
   • The need for managed IT services is discussed in detail during the appointment.
   • The business or organization is genuinely considering WheelHouse IT’s services and can provide evidence of their need for such services.

3. Proposal Presentation: The $500 donation will be made only after WheelHouse IT has presented a formal proposal to the business or organization following the qualified appointment.

4. Donation Process: Once a proposal is presented, WheelHouse IT will donate $500 to the charity of your choice on behalf of the business or organization. The donation will be made within 30 days of the proposal presentation.

5. Limitations:

   • This offer is limited to one donation per business or organization, regardless of the number of appointments or proposals presented.
   • WheelHouse IT reserves the right to determine whether a business or organization qualifies for the donation based on the criteria outlined above.

6. Duration: This promotion is valid for appointments scheduled and completed between August 2024 – December 2024. WheelHouse IT reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Non-Transferable: The donation offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

8. Miscellaneous:

   • By participating in this promotion, businesses and organizations agree to these terms and conditions.
   • WheelHouse IT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
